Learning Environment (PLE). It describes setting up and using various RSS feeds in a customised iGoogle homepage (PDF).

This activity focusses on the use of iGoogle, but the following alternatives are available – one of the key determining factors may be how these pages display on mobile devices.. and what trust you have in the longevity of each company (a common problem with some web 2.0 tools where they may not get enough users/funding/mindshare and vanish – for example Google Wave)
